The Mental Edge Journal is a sports-focused mindset and emotional wellness journal created to help athletes strengthen their mental game, manage pressure, and build confidence on and off the field.
We believe mental performance is just as important as physical performance — and athletes deserve tools that support both.

Athletes are often taught how to train their bodies but not how to process stress, emotions, or setbacks. From pressure to perform to fear of failure, many athletes struggle in silence.
The Mental Edge Journal was created to give athletes a structured, safe space to reflect, reset, and grow — mentally and emotionally — throughout their season.

How It Works
The journal is broken into four quarters, mirroring the game, and focuses on four key areas:
Mental Check-Ins – Identify emotions and mindset
Journal Entries – Reflect on wins, losses, and growth
Affirmations – Build confidence and self-belief
Coping Techniques & Weekly Planning – Manage stress and stay focused
